Wasatch Peaks Credit Union recognized another year of growth, financial strength and community service during its 96th Annual Meeting on March 19, 2026.
During the meeting, Mark Ramsey, Chairman of the Wasatch Peaks Credit Union Board of Directors, referred attendees to the 2025 annual report. He highlighted the credit union’s strong financial performance, employee contributions and commitment to providing members with innovative technology.
Jeff Shaw, President/CEO of Wasatch Peaks Credit Union, reported that the organization remained financially strong and ended 2025 with $631 million in assets, $530 million in loans to members, $497 million in member deposits and a net income of $4.65 million, which remains in the credit union as members’ capital.
He also reported that the credit union had 31,660 members and member capital equal to 10.6% of assets. This places Wasatch Peaks in the National Credit Union Administration’s well-capitalized category. Wasatch Peaks is the 11th-largest credit union in Utah, out of 54.
Shaw reflected on the credit union’s commitment to giving back to communities and members. Through the Wasatch Peaks Foundation, 113 volunteers provided more than 1,700 hours of community service to local organizations. In total, the Wasatch Peaks Foundation donated $420,000 to local schools, charities, foundations and other community initiatives.
Stephen Jeffs, Chairman of the Wasatch Peaks Supervisory Committee, said the credit union’s financial statements were audited internally and by an independent certified public accounting firm. He confirmed the credit union’s records and operations are accurate and compliant.
The annual meeting concluded with the re-election of Mark Ramsey, Nanette Combe, Mike Enz and Brad Egbert.
